KIDS 12 & UNDER FREE with guardian, valid identification with proof of age MUST be presented.

The gates open 11am, two hours prior to performance.

There is no reentry.
All exits are final.

A Will Call window is located at both VIP and GENERAL ADMISSION entrance.

General Admission Will Call is located inside the Baisley Boulevard and 177 Street entrance.
VIP Will Call is located inside the Merrick Boulevard and 119 Street entrance.
Will Call opens approximately three hours before the performance begins. You must show a valid picture I.D. to pick up tickets.

VIP entrance is located at the Merrick Boulevard entrance. VIP gate will opens approximately two hours before the performance begins. You will need to show valid picture I.D. to pick up tickets/arm ban.

Yes, you may bring your own chair to GROOVIN' IN THE PARK® provided that the chair's seat height is 2 feet or less. Chairs that do not meet the requirements will not be allowed inside the venue. Chairs meeting the height requirements are available to purchase on the day of the performance.
VIP area will be furnished with chairs.

There will be a designated wheel chair accessible area,. In addition, a limited amount of wheel chairs will be provided on a first come first basis. Service animals trained to assist the disabled are welcome at our performances.
If you need wheelchair seating or other accessible seating call the ticket office at (347) 980-2252, at least 72 hours in advance of the concert date.

No food, coolers, grills or alcoholic beverage of any kind.

GROOVIN' IN THE PARK® provides full concessions for performances. VIP and VVIP areas will have complementary BBQ and refreshments.

Roy Wilkins Park is an outdoor venue so please dress in very comfortable clothes and shoes.
Check for the forecast, as the weather can be unpredictable, an umbrella may be handy.
All performances occur... rain or shine.

Smoking is only allowed at the very back of the park.

No, but service animals trained to assist the disabled are welcome.

No picture taking (with or without flash), videos, or recording of any kind is allowed during concerts at GROOVIN' IN THE PARK ®.
